Making Every Contact Count (MECC) is about using everyday conversations to support people to improve their health and wellbeing.

Training sessions

Register for a course below. If you don't see a time or date suitable, please contact us.

MECC training: 90-minute course- practical, engaging and empowering, a friendly, real-world focused course that builds confidence to talk about health in a natural way

MECC awareness: 20 minutes, ideal to get an understanding of why you should ‘do MECC’, great for introduction days, team meetings and events.
