Experience of financial hardship

What's happening

We are creating a new plan for families and individuals who are struggling with their day to day living costs. We are working with our partners which include some of the services and agencies that you may have come into contact with.

If bills are a constant struggle, or you’ve been there in the past, help us make a plan that works for you by answering a few questions in our survey.

More information

If you want to read more about our plan, or you’re a member of a representative group, you can read more on these Let's Talk pages. There’s also a different survey asking about the potential name and shape of the plan if you are interested in taking part.

You're viewing real-time data. Participant counts are continuously updated for administrators. Please note that regular users see cached data, which may result in slight differences in the numbers.
627 participants

The survey will close on Monday 23 March 2026.
