County Durham health and wellbeing survey
You must be a resident of County Durham to complete this survey.
If you have already received a letter from BMG Research and us, inviting you to complete this survey, please follow the instructions in your letter and not the survey link on this page.
Background
County Durham is a large and diverse place with lots of different communities and neighbourhoods in it, varying in character and lifestyle.
The health and wellbeing of County Durham residents across all our communities and neighbourhoods is important to us. We want to understand more about the people living in County Durham so we can work with residents to improve health and wellbeing for all.
We want your views on a number of topics including physical health, mental and emotional health and wellbeing, lifestyle choices, community and daily life experiences including views of your local area.
Our partner - BMG Research
We are working with BMG Research to carry out this large resident survey. They will collect the survey feedback on our behalf, and keep the information anonymous, confidential and secure.
You can find out more information about BMG Research and what they do with the information collected in their Privacy Notice.
What happens with your feedback
BMG will review all the feedback and survey responses, and report the findings back to us. We will not be able to identify any individuals from the report we receive.
The feedback will help us to build on our understanding and knowledge of our neighbourhoods and communities as well as support us in identifying priorities for health and wellbeing, for example, when working closely with communities to tailor services and interventions.
The deadline to take part in this survey is 11.59pm on Friday 21 March 2025.
Email PublicHealth@durham.gov.uk if you would like the information in an alternative format or have any questions about this survey.
